$99/mo to publish. Free to build and preview.
Instant Ballpark puts a ballpark estimator on your website, so a homeowner gets a range before they call you.
Build your estimator with your own questions and prices, and preview it free. Pay $99/mo when you're ready to put it on your site and collect leads.

One plan: no lead caps, no per-seat fees.
What it costs.
$99/ month
There's one plan, and nothing else to buy. Build and preview your estimator free, and pay $99/mo when you're ready to put it on your website.
The first 100 customers pay $99/mo, and the price for new customers will go up after that.
Your price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.
What you can do for free.
Building and previewing cost nothing. While you build you can:
- write the questions you would ask on the phone
- set your starting range and the rules behind it (a fixed add, a percentage, a per-unit charge, or a set range)
- preview the estimator the way a visitor would
- change your prices as often as you like
You're not charged until you're ready to publish.
Building and previewing are free, with no time limit.

What changes when you publish.
Free covers the build. Publishing is what puts the estimator in front of visitors and starts bringing leads in.
- Share it as a hosted link, or embed it inline or as a popup with a copy-paste code snippet.
- collect live leads, each with the visitor's answers, the ballpark range they saw, their contact details, and photos if your estimator asks for them
- get an email when a new lead comes in.
Embeds work once the estimator is published on an active plan.
What's included.
Publishing includes four things:
Estimator builder
your questions, your starting range, your rules.
Website embeds
hosted link, inline, or popup.
Lead inbox
every lead with its answers, range, contact details and photos.
Photo uploads
up to 5 project photos per lead, when your estimator asks for them.
One plan: no lead caps, no per-seat fees.
What it doesn't do: it doesn't replace your CRM — it qualifies the lead, then you keep working however you already work. It doesn't set your prices for you; every range comes from rules you write. A ballpark is not a final quote, and you confirm the real number after you've seen the job. And it isn't a job-management system.
What the price lock means.
Whatever you pay when you subscribe is your price. As long as your subscription stays active, we won't raise the price of the plan you're on. That's the whole promise, and it's written into the Terms.
Your price is the price shown when you subscribe.
If your subscription ends and you come back later, you'd pay the price for new subscriptions at that time.
What happens if you cancel.
You can cancel from the Billing page in your account — the 'Manage billing' button. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through the period you've paid for.
Your price lock ends when your subscription ends. If you subscribe again later, you'd pay the price for new subscriptions at that time.
When your subscription ends, your estimator can stop working, including the copy embedded on your site. Plan for that.
There's no refund policy today, so cancelling partway through a month doesn't refund that month.
If you have a question about a specific situation, email legal@instantballpark.com before you cancel, not after.
Buying questions.
Is there a free trial?
You don't need a trial. Building and previewing your estimator is free, and you only pay when you're ready to publish. So you can build the whole estimator, run it with your own prices, and decide after.
What happens to my estimator if I cancel?
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through the period you've paid for. When the subscription ends, your estimator can stop working, including the copy embedded on your site, so plan for that. Your price lock ends with the subscription.
Can I try it on my own site before I pay?
You can preview it free before you publish. Embeds work once the estimator is published on an active plan, so putting it live on your site is the paid step — that's what the $99/mo is for.
Are there setup fees or anything else to pay?
No setup fee. One plan at $99/mo to publish — no lead caps, no per-seat fees, and nothing else to buy. Your signup price doesn't include taxes or other charges required by law, which may be added depending on where you are.
Can I change my prices after I publish?
Yes. Your questions and pricing rules are yours to edit, and edits apply to the estimator from then on. They don't change what you pay — your price is your subscription price, not a per-estimate charge.
See what it looks like for your trade.
Each trade page has an example estimator with example prices. They're examples only; you replace them with your own.
