Terms of Service

InstantBallpark provides software that lets service businesses create, publish, share, and embed ballpark estimators; collect project information; and receive leads. InstantBallpark is software, not the contractor or other service provider performing the underlying work.

Estimates generated through InstantBallpark are preliminary ballpark estimates only. They are not binding quotes, contracts, guarantees, or final prices.

The service business controls its estimator configuration and pricing rules and remains responsible for its final quote and pricing. Actual pricing may change after inspection, scope review, site conditions, measurements, labor or material changes, or additional information.

Businesses using InstantBallpark are responsible for configuring their estimators, pricing and rules, reviewing leads, communicating with customers, providing final quotes, performing their services, and meeting any applicable licensing or legal requirements. InstantBallpark does not perform contractor work.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You may not use the service in an unauthorized or abusive way.

InstantBallpark currently offers a $99 per month subscription, billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. Pricing may change prospectively with notice where required.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available through that paid period where applicable. We do not promise refunds unless a separate written refund policy says otherwise.

Ending a subscription may stop public estimator functionality. Dashboard and historical lead information are not stated to be immediately deleted, but we do not promise permanent retention.

You may not use InstantBallpark for illegal activity, fraud, malicious code, attempts to disrupt the service, unauthorized access, abusive use, or to collect information unlawfully.

Businesses and estimator users retain their appropriate rights in the text, pricing configuration, project answers, photos, and other content they provide. They grant InstantBallpark the limited rights needed to host, process, store, and present that content in order to operate the service.

The InstantBallpark software, brand, design, and related materials remain the property of their applicable owner. These Terms do not grant you ownership of them.

InstantBallpark relies on third-party providers, including payment, hosting, storage, and email infrastructure providers. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, third-party providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

InstantBallpark is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We are not responsible for a service business's pricing, estimates, communications, services, or disputes with its customers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
